[Bug 85914] Firefox's warning have to be clicked on twice in order to prevent them

Firefox issues a warning that you are entering or leaving a secure page.
In order to turn this of you have to check then uncheck the box if you
leave it unchecked without checking it and unchecking it the messages
keep popping up.

The message reads something like to be informed of this permanently
check box.
