Hello Roswitha,

As per Freddy can you please try looking in the /var/crash folder,
(Accessible through the file manager, (When you click the browse
button)), then uploading the crash starting with "_usr_lib_mozilla-
thunderbird_", this will help us get to the root cause of the problem.

Can you also describe what you were doing when you experienced this
crash?
