Start browser.
In URL field type path to local file, without the protocol part (i.e.: /tmp/index.html)
Hit return
=> this crash.
Workaround: be explicit
In URL field type path to local file, with the protocol part (i.e.: file:///tmp/index.html)
Hit return
=> It works
