[Bug 84600] file quit does not work in firefox

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

in firefox version 2.0.0.1+0dfsg-0ubuntu0.6.10

the menuitem File/Quit is not connected (it doesn't do anything)!
(and the shortcut CTRL+Q does not exist either)

Closing firefox window using the cross or another shortcut like ALT+F4
work fine.
