I guess this is the same bug as #173890? https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+source/flashplugin-nonfree/+bug/173890
The trouble with version 9.0.115.0 seems to be, that it doesn't work with konqueror...
I helped myself with the package sources from hardy and build a new package like described in the discussion to bug #173890. Works with firefox.
