[Bug 156615] Re: sound notification does not allow to specify a custom wav file

I can get the Browse Files dialog.
But after I select a file to be played upon mail arrival and click Close.
Nothing happens when new mail arrives.

For some reason the sound file does not play.

I suspect this is because I ude KDE and Thunderbird is written for
Gnome?

Anyway, this makes this functionality useless and thus it should be
fixed.
