[Bug 176778] [Hardy] flashplugin-nonfree needs libpcre.so.3 which doesn't exist?

Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

It appears 32bit libpcre.so.3 needs to be packaged for amd64 as well for
flashplugin-nonfree usage...
