I am assuming you have 64-bit Hardy (9.0.115.0 is the latest version of
flashplugin-nonfree in Ubuntu Hardy 32-bit). Try installing this
package: http://launchpadlibrarian.net/10804892/flashplugin-
nonfree_9.0.115.0ubuntu2_amd64.deb

This is the compiled package of flashplugin-nonfree 9.0.115.0, the
latest source package in Ubuntu. See
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=636397 and Bug 173890. If the
above package solves your problem, please mark this bug report as a
duplicate of Bug 173890.
