[Bug 174640] Remembering passphrase does not work

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: enigmail

For reproducing you need an encrypted mail in a folder and a gpg with
passphrase.

1. Activate passphrase remembering using the OpenPGP->Preferences dialog.
2. Open an encrypted email, you are asked for the passphrase.
3. Open another email and the encrypted one again and you are asked for your passphrase again.
-> The passphrase is not remembered.
