[Bug 132976] Flash applet can not access webcam

Binary package hint: nspluginwrapper

Go to a site like http://en.barcodepedia.com/ (to scan barcodes), that
uses your webcam.  Click on the "allow" button in the dialog flash gives
you.  The applet tells me that it was denied access to the webcam.

using version 0.9.91.4-3ubuntu2
