intro to qxcalc

Hi ubuntu developers,

Some preliminary code of my hobby qxcalc at :

or,

https://qxcalc.sourceforge.net/

The backend is crossplatform, the ui is as of now, windows, except for  
a clumpsy java version.

Please have a look and let me know what you think of it.
