Merge ubuntu-motu at lists into ubuntu-devel-discuss at lists?

I'm fairly certain a request to ubuntu-irc at lists.u.c would do the trick, 
and a request in #ubuntu-ops wouldn't hurt either. I'd cite this mailing 
list thread for the rationale.
