libapache2-mod-xsendfile packaging inconsistency

Hi,

as per the link

this module is packaged with a binary built by the following source 
linked on this page

Please confirm this is the case. A recent roll-out was majorly affected 
which suggests that the packaged binary is built with a source modified 
to the that linked on the ubuntu pages.

If possible could you email me a copy of the actual source code file 
that is used to built the binary in the package?
