Sadly there is not enough information above to consider any request.

What upstream changes are you wanting? Link to the release notes, fixes,
and feature changes? You do not mention what Ubuntu release you would
hope to see these in? Fixes for a stable release such as focal, or to go
into hirsute?

To be clear, updates to stable release are bugfix only.

Hirsute dev release is well beyond feature freeze, so not release
critical feature changes are not going to happen now.
