Outdated flameshot version in Ubuntu repos

When i was using v0.6.0 (until yesterday) there were frequent crashes right
after login. I have removed the old repo version and installed the snap
package, which is up-to-date. I have 4 bug reports in Launchpad for these
crashes, you can view them here:

I didn't know how the release process is working and that the new version
will be available only in the Groovy Gorilla.

Besides that, as this is my first posting to an Ubuntu mailing list, in
general should I reply both to a specific person and the list address or
just the person (in this case it's you)?
