Outdated flameshot version in Ubuntu repos

Please update flameshot in Ubuntu's repos from version 0.6.0 to the latest
version available (currently 0.8.3). It has not been maintained before, but
has new developers and commits and new releases on snap. The current (old)
version in the repos has bugs and crashes almost every bootup.
