Sponsorship request for XTRX SDR support packages

Hello MOTU Team,

I packaged a set of software for XTRX SDR support and now seeking a
sponsor for uploading them for Focal release. All of my packages are
available from my PPA[1]. I duplicated PPA since the request for
libxtrx removal in the first one still not processed, I just wanted to
rebuild it with the new versions of libxtrxdsp.

Also, my packages were reviewed by Christoph Berg from Debian Hamradio
Team and currently awaiting further processing in the Debian NEW queue,
except the second version of libxtrxdsp which contains very minor
changes. Hope this is helpful.

These packages do not require a feature freeze exception since they
don't affect any other packages[3].
