release tbsync 1.7 in disco

Hello

I'm the Debian Maintainer of the packages webext-tbsync and its
dependencies webext-eas4tbsync and dav4tbsync.

Today I saw at packages.ubuntu.com the versions that are publishe are
incompatible. This didn't work together.

Please update all tree packages from Debian unstable or none of them
from unstable.
