Unable to locate packages

Hi,

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and trying to install bwm-ng and matplotlib (following https://www.udacity.com/wiki/cn/assignment2-topology):
mininet at mininet-vm:~$ sudo apt-get install bwm-ng python-matplotlib
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package bwm-ng
E: Unable to locate package python-matplotlib

I already changed /etc/apt/sources.list and googled a lot - nothing worked.
Can you help please?
