GeoGebra bug: toolbar is missing after loading a file

Hello everyone!
I'm writing to you all mantainers/packagers of Geogebra to inform you
about this issue[1] that makes GeoGebra nearly unusable. Fortunately
this bug has been solved[2] on release .447; now I'm using version
6.0.451.0-offline on Arch Linux and I confirm that everything works
fine.
