Alec: it makes little difference to my comments though. They still
apply; you'll need a core-dev sponsor, that's all. I wouldn't worry too
much about which list you use. I suppose ubuntu-devel-discuss is more
relevant as this isn't universe-specific as Gianfranco points out.
