upcoming matplotlib 1.5 release

Hello,

We are in the process of finishing up the next major matplotlib release.
As part of this release we are picking up a new pure-python dependency
cycler (src: https://github.com/matplotlib/cycler  pypi
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/Cycler/0.9.0).  The plan is to do a 1.0
release of cycler just ahead of the mpl release.

What do we need to do on our side to make the packaging of cycler and mpl
1.5 go smoothly?

Related, would it be possible to get the version of mpl in 15.04 bumped to
1.4.3?
