Fwd: [Bug 722915] Program exits with a SIGSEV when loading library

To whom it may concern,

I encounter a bug using the current version of easytag (2.1.7-2) from
the repos. According to the developer (see forwarded message) this could
be resolved by an update to 2.1.9. Therefore I would like to kindly ask
you to update the version of easytag in the repos.

This is very likely related to bugs in the TagLib MP4 support, implemented as
an Ubuntu patch and upstreamed in 2.1.8. This problem was not fully fixed until
2.1.9, which was released a couple of weeks ago. Please ask the Debian EasyTAG
maintainers to update the package to 2.1.9, which will then be synced to Ubuntu
and in the next release (14.04). Contact details for the Debian maintainers can
