New package: django-group-access

Hi all,

I have a package I'd like to get into universe. It's a django security app,
the code is hosted on launchpad at
https://code.launchpad.net/django-group-access and it already has a recipe
to build a package.

Could someone give it a quick look and let me know what the next steps are?
