[PATCH] netplug - Allow to specify custom script file via param '-s'

Hi Pali,

thanks for the patch. Adding a command line parameter is an major
change, which shouldn't be done in a distribution. It would increase the
incompatibility between distributions. Therefore I ask you to get your
patch accepted by upstream before trying to get it into Ubuntu.
