texstudio package: debug build instead of release provided

As per debian policy, by default we provide debug builds with -02
optimisation enabled for the archive.
Typically, such that users do not need to rebuild the package to
troubleshoot bugs.
We automatically strip debug symbols and ship the detached debug
symbols in separate package.
If your software takes alternative, and slower code paths due to debug
information available, please file a bug instructing on how to compile
your software package optimised with debug symbols but release-like
codepaths and then we can fix this.
