Packaging ok, add to PPA failed

Hi Steve,
Thanks for your answer.
I do have a pgp key on LP: on my LP page it says: OpenPGP keys: 70D95E9. 
In Seahorse I see my Personal PGP-key under GnuPG-keys with the same 
name and email address I used with bzr whoami.
According to the instructions I entered the following command:
gpg --send-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 7E7B0BCB

Aha!!! And here is the culprit, the public key numbers are different (I 
never noticed the difference until now). I created one on 2011-03-30 to 
sign CoC. Now, on another PC, I created another one,
pub 2048R/7E7B0BCB 2013-05-11, and imported the fingerprint on LP. But I 
did not receive an email after doing so. Should I have received one? Is 
that the reason why this public key is not added to my personal LP page? 
How can I add this public key to LP?
I checked 
http://askubuntu.com/questions/222583/how-to-add-another-openpgp-key-to-launchpad 
and entered the same command (See output below, I replaced the personal 
data). The answer to this Ask Ubuntu question was: Check your spam 
folder; launchpad.net's messages may be trapped in there. But I do not 
have a spam folder, so this answer is not very useful.

As for the dput command: I followed the instructions on my page:

You can upload packages to this PPA using:

dput ppa:my_LP_name/ubuntuhandleiding <source.changes>

dput ppa:my_LP_name/ubuntu-handleiding 
ubuntumanualnl_12.04ubuntu2_source.changes

Never mind the different ppa names in my examples, I created and deleted 
several ppa's.
Is this command not correct? What do you mean by:
I see that you are not using the default of 'ppa'.

And as for using #launchpad: I did ask about the problem of not 
receiving an email after uploading to my PPA, but at that moment there 
was no one to answer it. Since we live in different parts of the world, 
I am not sure what is the ideal time to chat on #launchpad. I will try 
again this afternoon (CEST).
The reason why I prefer using the list is because I can prepare my 
questions carefully. The disadvantage is that I have to wait for an answer.
