Packaging ok, add to PPA failed

My test to package the Ubuntu Manual (nl) has succeeded.
I went through all the steps on this web page:
http://developer.ubuntu.com/2012/02/how-to-prepare-a-compiled-application-for-ubuntu-software-center/.
I installed the .deb file on my pc and all looks fine, it works from the
Dash and can be installed using Ubuntu Software Centre.
Then, I successfully uploaded the .source.changes file to my PPA on LP
using the dput command.
See Terminal output below.
This is where the headache starts. I do not receive any emails from LP,
which means it is not added to my PPA. I have checked all the
troubleshooting information available, and tried several things (e.g.
use my second email address on LP) but to no avail. I always get the
message "Successfully uploaded packages." but I never receive any email.
I have no problems whatsoever when I upload to the ubuntu-manual branch.
It is sad that, after all this hard work I have put in learning how to
package, I am stuck here and have no clue on what is wrong. I am at the
end of my tether.
