dh-make or dh_make

Sorry to bother you again about this, but I noticed that both dh-make 
and dh_make exist. I am not sure what the difference is, but it is 
probable not a spelling mistake in the ubuntu-packaging-guide.pdf (see 
my earlier message).

To all, I am not sure if this is a MOTU responsibility, but if so, could 
someone who has the rights to change this on developer.ubuntu.com fix 
this (cxf should be czf in the Dungeon example), as well as the dh-make 
spelling mistake in ubuntu-packaging-guide.pdf? Hannie
