Please follow the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SponsorshipProcess to
request sponsorship if your packaging is ready. You can do so by
either making a merge proposal into lp:ubuntu/package or subscribing
the ~ubuntu-sponsors to the relevant bug with the debdiff attached.
That way it will make it into the review queue [1] for sponsors to upload it.
