Hauppauge WinTV-HVR2200 and WinTV-HVR2250 firmwares for linux-firmware-nonfree

Hi,
According to [1] ubuntu-motu are the maintainers of linux-firmware-nonfree.
Bug 579783 [2] was opened to get the firmware packaged.  A test package has 
been created which appears to work.
The firmwares are at [3].

I am subscribing ubuntu-motu to this bug in order to get these firmwares into 
the repositories, or at least get some advice on what is needed to get this to 
happen.
