Ask help for updating the package "Ziproxy" on Ubuntu 9.10

Thank you much for the advice.  I spent the whole night to upgrade the OS, fix scripts, check package dependencies, and do a lot of dirty stuff...

Fortunately, all the services are running in good condition now.
