Requests for version upgrades

There are quite a few requests for version upgrades in the archive and
Feature Freeze is about one month away (Feb 24).  It would be great if
we can go through the existing requests and either defer them or update
them before Feature Freeze.  We now have the option to nominate bugs for
the O and P series. [1]
The requests are currently tagged with either 'upgrade' [2] or
'upgrade-software-version' [3] in Launchpad.  'upgrade-software-version'
is now an official bug tag for Ubuntu, so if you notice upgrade
requests, you can tag it with this so the requests are not lost.
