[BUG] Conflicting file in latest nvidia-settings_195

I just got this from the Update Manager (Ubuntu Karmic):

trying to overwrite '/usr/share/pixmaps/nvidia-settings.png', which is
also in package nvidia-glx-195 0

Indeed, this file is in
nvidia-settings_195.36.15-0ubuntu1~nvidiavdpauppa3_i386.deb but not in
nvidia-settings_195.36.15-0ubuntu1~nvidiavdpauppa2_i386.deb.

These are the versions of the clashing packages:
