Reorganize MOTU team documentation?

I have worked a little bit on improving user documentation using
DocBook and Mallard. Mallard is not your typical docbook nightmare.
It's very lightweight and for me was easier than wiki markup ;-)

Although I would also suggest RESTructured text ala python documentation ;-)
