how to get a tiny and new installation of Anjuta

Hi there!!!
I've being faced with a message that every time shows up when i started Anjuta and i want to eliminate it but don't know how.
It says: failed to load external entity "~/.local/share/anjuta/macro.xml" and give me the error message number anjuta-9617.
Someone can help me?
