how to bring the package to debian repository

Hi
My package IOK(Indic Onscreen Keyboard) is already in ubuntu(Lucid)
repository, now i have to bring this to debian repository how to do that?

I followed this link

made changes in "how do i do" then what should i do? again should i
send
that package to revu.ubuntuwire.com?
