gpointing-device-settings 1.3.1-2 seems to be installed - but can't be found

but... scrolling still ain't working for me...

also, annoyingly for me on my IBM Thinkpad, the middle mouse button
has a paste functionality still......

is there a direct email contact or a forum you could kindly redirect
me to, if this "list" isn't the right place for beginners' questions?
