roxterm appears to be synced from Debian, where it is also still also at the
same version (1.12.2).
A bug has been filed in Debian in January, see
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=511114, however no answers
yet.
You might also contact directly the Debian maintainer (Thierry
Randrianiriana <randrianiriana at gmail.com>).
If this doesn't work, you can also file a bug in Launchpad so someone
upgrades it directly in Ubuntu. Add the tag "upgrade", and maybe give a
short description of why the upgrade is needed in order to attract more
interest from possible packagers ;)
