REVU Redesign

Hello,

During the Jaunty release cycle, we began discussing [1][2] a REVU
redesign. Morten Kjeldgaard (mok0) created a proposal [3] about how
the new REVU system should be structured. A mockup of that design is
available at [4]. Since this proposal, several new features have been
added to REVU, such as a search box [5] and tags [6], which I feel
could play a role in the new design. I would like to try and get some
of the REVU discussions going again. I think it is important to get
the REVU process improved as soon as possible. I would like to have
some initial discussion on the mailing list first, and then an IRC
meeting once we have brainstormed a few ideas.

So please read through the old discussion and workflow proposal. Make
comments about which points you like and which you don't. Also, if you
have some new ideas about how to improve REVU, please mention them.
