Becoming an Ubuntu Contributing Developer gives you the same rights as
an Ubuntu Member. You can read  for details about what these rights
are. The only other thing that UCDs can do that is not listed on that
page is serve as a Mentor in the Mentoring program . However, you
will want to talk to someone from the mentoring reception to confirm
that this is still the case. I know that there was a lot of discussion
surrounding that decision.
