GUI for PSPP

So you run hardy I guess, where PSPP 0.4 doesn't ship with a GUI yet.
You can run it in the terminal by typing PSPP there or you might grab
version 0.6 from GetDeb (http://www.getdeb.net/app/PSPP), which already
has a GUI.
