Help need

I have a problem when i install macchanger: subprocess post-removal script
returned error exit status 1
 and when i try to remove the fowling error occurs :

E: macchanger: subprocess pre-removal script returned error exit status 1

who can i preform a full remotion of this package so i can reinstall it
