upstream fix for always hanging rxvt-unicode/rxvt-unicode-ml [bug/317366] [karmic/jaunty, possibly hardy]

Hi,

I can't find a more speficic package maintainer, thus mailing to motu.

There's  a patch that for me successfully fixed the urxvt hanging menu
bug.  Which  is 90% of a show stopper for urxvt in probably  hardy  to
karmic,  as  it's easy to trigger (control mousebutton)  and  requires
switching to a virtual console and kill to regain usage of X11 itself.

(10% deduced due to hard-to-find .Xdefaults trick).

It  would  be  great if you could get involved now with  the  bug  and
possibly even provide packages for jaunty with the fix applied.
