mozpluggerrc changes to make timidity midi player work with the mozplugger package.

Hello,
	The default configuration file /etc/mozpluggerrc included in the
package mozplugger needs to be changed so that the default command for
playing midi files is

timidity "$file"

and not

timidity -Od "$file"

I suspect this change is required because of pulse audio. In any case,
the former works and the latter does not.
