Hi, could some maintainer of the oprofile package please have a look at this. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/oprofile/+bug/272209 Oprofile seems to be defunct on ubunto 8.10 which is seriously affecting me as a developer. Many thanks, Stefan
