Nginx stable in ubuntu universe repository

Hi,

I'm looking to write some deployment / provisioning scripts with  
ubuntu and nginx and I've noticed that nginx is below the latest  
stable for
fiesty, gutsy, hardy, intrepid and even jaunty (only one point release  
in jaunty's case)

Do you have a scheduled updated for these packages planned? There are  
some new features in the current point release that I'd like to gain  
access to but
still get the love that is package support.
