nip2

Hi,

I have seen the nip2 package and recognized the to packages of the 
dependencies could not be installed because they are not in the repos. 
The two packages are the libmagickwand1 and the libmagickcore1. I think 
it is because of the newer version of these packages. But even if they 
were installed previously it is not good for nip2.
Could you inform the assign?
