tovid: PATH after installation

It would be helpful if you were to report this in Launchpad where bug
reports about Ubuntu are tracked.  You can do this from your Ubuntu
system using the command 'ubuntu-bug tovid'.  This will automatically
gather information about your system and the package you wish to report
a bug about.  You'll then have the opportunity to add more details
regarding the bug in your web browser.
