couchdb package

Hello,

I tried to click the ask question link on this page (
http://packages.ubuntu.com/intrepid/couchdb), but it was a broken link (
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/couchdb/+addquestion). Then I
tried to report that as a bug, but the bug tracker was a broken link too (
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/couchdb/+filebug).

Anyway, CouchDB just hit an 0.9 (backwards incompatible) release (
http://www.apachenews.org/archives/001291.html), any idea when that will
make it into the package?

Also, for future reference is there a place where major new releases can be
reported? Thanks!
